The accepted proposal is the contract

Our services are sold through a written proposal. Each project is governed by its accepted proposal, which defines the scope, the price and the deadline. If anything on this page says otherwise, the proposal wins.

Deadlines count in business days, from your materials

Deadlines count in business days from the moment we receive all client materials: copy, images and any required access. While materials are missing, the clock does not start.

The fixed price covers the scope in the proposal

The fixed price covers exactly what the proposal describes. Requests beyond that scope are quoted separately, for example as an Extra Page, and we always state the price before going ahead.

Payment is split by phase

Payment is split into phases, as stated in each proposal. The usual split is 50% on adjudication and 50% on delivery.

Revisions within the agreed rounds

Each proposal defines the revision rounds included. Within those rounds, adjustments are part of the price; beyond them, we quote changes as new work.

We do not guarantee Google rankings

No one can honestly guarantee a spot on Google. We deliver technically impeccable websites, ready for search engines and AI search; the final position depends on your sector, your competition and time.

Maintenance with no lock-in

The maintenance plan is monthly and can be cancelled at any time, with no lock-in periods and no penalties.

The website is yours

On full payment, the website and all delivered content become the client's property. Kelo only shows delivered work as a reference with the client's permission.

Liability and governing law

Kelo's liability on each project is limited to the amounts actually paid for that project.

Portuguese law applies. Any dispute not settled by agreement is decided by the Portuguese courts.
